Refund policy

At Trend India Cart, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • The return request must be made within 7 days after delivery.
  • The item should include all original accessories and packaging materials.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged products caused by customer misuse
  • Personal care and hygiene-related products
  • Products returned without original packaging

Refund Process

Once your return request is approved and the product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or other suitable payment methods.

Replacement Policy

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, we may offer a replacement based on product availability.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
